Description:

VRuby is a GUI library for MS Windows.
Its programing style for event handling is like VisualBasic.
VRuby requires to install SWin extension library, but no more additional DLLs are required.(SWin is prepared in another SWin's archive, registered at RAA)

VRuby and SWin are parts of Project VisualuRuby(temporary-name) for Windows GUI programming.
