Description:

NumRu::DCL is the wrapping interface of the DCL graphic library (http://www.gfd-dennou.org/arch/dcl).
Supports 1D, 2D graphics extensively as well as a limited 3D graphis. The original library is used by many atmospheric scientists and oceanographers.
