Description:

I forgot to include install.rb in the package. <URL:http://rrr.jin.gr.jp/download/pgpdump_install.rb>.

Install

$ gzip -dc pgpdump-0_0_2.tar.gz | tar xvf -
$ cd pgpdump-0_0_2
$ ruby install.rb              # it installs required files to site_ruby dir
$ cp -p bin/pgpdump.rb ~/bin   # or somewhere else

How to use
```
$ pgpdump.rb ~/.gnupg/pubring.gpg
```

- No document. It's for developers.
- An OpenPGP toolkit will come later.
