RAA - meta-tools

Meta-tools provides a collection of simple-and-powerful (tm) tools useful for both meta programming and every-day tasks. It is specially useful for defining instance and/or class attributes, complete with attributes triggers (a cool and rubyish way to code), but it includes also a few methods to deal with metaclasses, instance and class methods definition, block evaluation and execution, etc.
