Description:

It's a wrapper class of the ini form file.
The file export by the Windows Registry Editor can be read.
The object of Ruby. It is possible to dump by the .ini form, and to load it.

0.3.0 -> 0.3.3
corrected that the error occurs when a Struct is loaded with Ruby 1.4.
security error by `eval' when parsing it's corrected.
