Description

   A simple command line parser based loosely on Perl's Getopt::Std.

Synopsis

   require "getopt/std"

   # Takes three switches.  "I" and "D" are boolean, "o"
   # requires an argument if present.
   opts = Getopt::Std.getopts("o:ID")
   if opts["I"]
      # -I option was found
   end

   if opts["D"]
